La Croix Valmer
La Croix-Valmer is so popular, not only for its history, its early 20th century villas and other heritage treasures, but for its unspoilt nature.
Nestled in the rocky ledge of the Maures hills, the village with a natural lush setting and coastline attracts more and more visitors each year. With more than 200 hectares of protected nature reserve, breathtaking sightseeing and landscapes, La Croix-Valmer offers lovely walks.
A small heaven between land and sea
Thanks to its beaches with crystal clear water (Blue Flag certification), you can have fun swimming, doing watersports, discovering the seabed or you can simply relax. You will find stunning beaches and coves during your walks (Sylvabelle, Brouis, Héraclée, Cap Lardier) and lively beaches with restaurants and shops (Plage du Débarquement, Gigaro).
Its is also a land of traditions : provencal market throughout the year, night market in summer and local products dedicated to vine, wine tasting and visit of the cellar in some of the wine estates (La Madrague, Château de Chausse, Domaine de La Croix).
There are also quality events and many activities for adults and children : music festivals, theatre, etc. (Anches d'Azur, Festival d'Harmonie, Nocturnes Croisiennes)
La Croix-Valmer is a small heaven between land and sea!
