Named Colette, the restaurant refers to Sidonie-Gabrielle Colette, the French novelist, in an exceptional setting, surrounded by olive and palm trees and overlooking the pool in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.
On the menu, wood-fired grills for meat and fish lovers. New for this season: the arrival of tasty vegetarian dishes and a very chic breakfast with a Polo theme.
