Exhibition of ANDRÉ DUNOYER DE SEGONZAC
From 1er december 2021 to 30 april 2022
This exhibition will give pride of place to memories and works, inspired by the village of Saint-Tropez in which he stayed from 1909. Recognized artist, André Dunoyer de Segonzac was the friend of Georges Grammont and succeeded him as curator of the Annonciade museum from 1956. Tropézien at heart, he never stopped transcribing his perception of the charms of the peninsula in painting, drawing or engraving until his death in 1974. For To carry out this original artistic project, the museum wishes to appeal to the collections and memories of Tropéziens and individuals who have worked with it.
These contributions will provide useful and important testimonies to the artistic creation of much of the twentieth century in our city.
