PLASTIC ART FAIR - Edition 2 « Fantôme »

The Plastic Art Fair association invites 7 contemporary artists to reflect on plastic pollution
Each work is inspired by the vestiges of our civilization and is part of an approach in line with current issues: inventing enviable futures and protecting our ecosystem.
For this second edition, the plastic collective joins Palana and Gangui to fish out ghost nets off the coast of La Ciotat, thus freeing a black coral and its fauna at a depth of 82 meters. These are as many hairbrushes, toys, sex toys, bottles ... which are collected, then crushed to serve as raw material for artists.
Part of the profits from the sale of the works is donated to the association MerTerre, which fights for the preservation of the Mediterranean.
From Thursday 29 September to Wednesday 5 October 2022 between 10 am and 7 pm.
