The Tarte Tropézienne celebrates its 65th anniversary

On Friday, July 10, the Tarte Tropézienne celebrated its 65th anniversary. 
For this occasion, we are going to make you discover, or rediscover our wonderful adventure. 
There is only one Tarte Tropézienne. As we are used to hear in Saint-Tropez, it was "often imitated but never equalled". 
The Tarte Tropézienne was born in 1955 in Saint-Tropez. The pastry chef Alexandre Micka is at the origin of this great story. It was during the shooting of the film "Et Dieu... créa la femme" that Brigitte Bardot discovered this brioche topped with cream. She gave it her mythical name at that time and became the godmother of this world-famous pastry. 
The Tarte Tropézienne and its specific recipe are perpetuated today by Albert Dufrêne and his children. The story continues...
