We have a qualified staff, which implements a promotion of national and international scale for the benefit of the influence of Saint Tropez, its institutional, cultural and professional actors.
We are an business structure, with the intention of uniting professionals and developing the tourist economy in our geographical area of action; which supports an important natural tourist flow, of national and international provenance.
We offer services which can generate their own resources and which can justify a certain commercial policy.
We are developing a targeted promotion policy and implementing tools to listen to customers in order to improve the quality of the services offered and those of its partners operating in its geographical area of operation

We include our actions in an initiative that promotes Quality in order to improve our service performance and our overall performance.

Advice and technical assistance in the municipal council of Saint Tropez on tourism matters
Application of the town council's tourism development policy, organisation of tourist reception and information in Saint Tropez
Promotion of the destination, in relation to the Joint Union of the Gulf of Saint Tropez and the relevant national, departmental and regional organisations
Tourism enhancement of municipal heritage and facilities
Management of tourist equipment
Management of operations of general interest directly linked to tourism promotion that are covered by the annual convention of actions signed by the City.

Animation: animation of partner & service provider networks and support and organisation of events
Marketing: provision of services and sale of tourist products
Tourism coordination: interface between public and private actors, communities and private individuals, communities and providers, implementation of the Quality of Destination Saint Tropez initiative, standardisation of reception practices
Assistance to professionals: promotion and enhancement of local assets, local micro-observatory of tourist attendance, coordination, awareness-raising and bringing together local tourism stakeholders, business tourism

Our engagements

Provide an easily accessible reception area and information area.

• Facilitate your procedures.
• Provide furniture for you to sit on.
• Inform you free of charge about the local tourist offer.

• Display and disseminate its opening periods expressed in at least two foreign languages.
• Offer you free access to wifi for tourist information

• Be open at least 305 days a year, Saturday and Sunday too during tourist or event periods.
• Respond to your mail all year round.

• Provide a permanent reception service run by staff speaking at least two foreign languages.
• Ensure the supply of tourist maps, maps and tourist guides on paper.

• Give you access to its dedicated trilingual website suitable for consultation via on-board media.
• Distribute tourist information also on paper translated at least in two foreign languages relating to: - all classified tourist accommodation including at least the name of the establishment, postal address, email, website address, telephone number, level of classification. - monuments and cultural, natural or leisure tourist sites which may include the indication of usage rates, periods and hours of opening to the public, the website and telephone and postal coordinates. - events and activities. - emergency telephone numbers.

• Update its tourist information annually.
• Post emergency phone numbers outside.
• Present all the qualified offer of its area of intervention for all clienteles.

• Give you access to the availability of classified accommodation.
• Process your complaints and measure your satisfaction.
• Offer a tourist information service integrating new information and communication technologies (social networks, mobile telephony, geolocation, etc.).

• Comply with the Tourism Quality certification requirements
• Provide you with a travel advisor.

• Guarantee the reliability and timeliness of information on the local tourist offer.
