Petrossian. The Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez decided to enhance the new refined menu by collaborating with the French luxury Maison Petrossian. A nice opportunity to enjoy the new and exquisitely delicate menu “Patio’nnément Caviar”.

The Chef menu also features the best Mediterranean products thanks to delicate cooking and combinations : wild John Dory fillet with Anna potato and black truffle flavoured cream ; half-cooked Mediterranean red tuna, tender baby vegetables and sat - suki dressing ; 6 hour baked lamb shank with mashed potatoes and roasted garlic. And to perfectly finish your meal : Ecuador chocolate ingot, praline crisp and pecan nuts ; light yuzu mousse, crisp biscuit and raspberry caviar.

Les Toits Lounge

A magical venue between sea and sky, the Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez rooftop restaurant “Les Toits Lounge” promises moments of pure plea - sure.

A sunny lunch by the pool, relaxing moment with a delicious cock - tail in the afternoon, taste our tapas and dim sum and enjoy a sunset evening with live music in a lounge atmosphere. Fine selection of dishes inspired by Yoom, trendy Dim Sum restaurant in Paris : King Crab and shrimps, fried vegetables, smoked scallops.
