Minuty is a family story and transmission of know-how since 1936. On limestone and schist soils, the vineyard is remarkably well exposed on the slopes of the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Due to a rigorous work in the vines cultivated in a traditional way, the Matton's family has led Minuty's reputation on the best restaurants of the French Riviera.
Vinification and ageing: the respect of terroirs
Minuty is one of the last estates of "Côtes de Provence", where the harvest is made entirely by hand to ensure a perfect quality of the grapes on arrival et the winery. In 2009, a new winery with a high technology has imporved the quality of winemaking: it is equipped with stainless steel tanks dedicated to vinify separates parcels.
For a high Minuty wine, everything stars with the vine in a protected environment
Grape growing is very important. The vines are cultivated in a traditional way without pesticides or herbicides. The soils are enriched with natural manures of sheep and goats, rich in organic matters and they are mechanically worked. All vines are trellised in order to improve the quality.
The "Or" range: the Signature Wines
Jean-Etienne and François Matton have taken the time to create a range that embodies their generation. First, they sought to create an atypical White wine, that would be the pioneer of the range. In the space of 10 years, both the red and the Rosé joined the range, extremely refined and elegant.

All the know-how and tradition of Minuty have been crystallized in the Prestige range since 1991. The Prestige wines are a must within Minuty stable, being wines of character born of the subbtle marriage between power and finesse.
