After running the 3 restaurants of Nioulargo beach in Pampelonne Bay for 35 years, Kaled Koudhair decided to create “Biscuiterie Saint-Tropez” with its flagship product “Sablé de Pampelonne” (a nod to its former activity). He then opened his production workshop in route des Plages, with the pastry chef Chocolatier and Nougatier Philippe Grouiller, who cut his teeth with Alain Ducasse (3 * Michelin), Alain Chapelle at Lasser (2 * Michelin) then pastry chef at the Réserve de Beaulieu for 7 years and then 3 years at Sénéquier.
