The Tropezian shop has the exclusive right to offer a number of creations featuring fresh fruit and southern flavours, such as an elegant Pavlova with seasonal fruit, a Tropezienne, a cherry eclair, a raspberry Financier and a sugar and orange blossom Brioche.

Among the must-tries, we find the Baba au rhum copiously topped with its Bourbon vanilla whipped cream, the Tarte citron; the Royal Chocolat or the tarte framboise, a signature summer dish, combining the sweetness of a light almond milk cream and the acidity of fresh raspberries topped with raspberry compote. The first signature creation of la Patisserie Cyril Lignac, l'Equinoxe, with its light Bourbon vanilla cream, its caramel heart and its crunchy biscuit with speculoos, also invites itself to the south. Its charcoal colour is easily identifiable and gives it a very glamour-chic note.
As for the bakers, a collection of breads, pasties and snacks will be on offer throughout the day: Tigré, Chocolatine, Marbre cake, cereal bread, tourte de meule, buckwheat bread, pan bagnat…
For chocolate lovers, La Pâtisserie Cyril Lignac also offers the flagship products of La Chocolaterie : chocolate bars, chocolate spread and of course the emblematic marshmallow bears.
