This vineyard situated on the southern slope of Massif des Maures, few kilometers away from the Chartreuse of Verne and next to the seaside has been owned by the Audemard family for 5 generations.

Come to discover our new space of the "museum of the vine and the wine" with authentic tools, some of which go back to very old times and in particular the old wine press used by the great grandfather of the family. Also a room of 30 m2 surrounded by large oak barrels of more than 3000 liters each! Free visit and fun corner with a video screen explaining the work of the vineyard.
Situated on the southern slope of Massif des Maures, in Cogolin (town that has found its agricultural vocation in the 19th century but whose human traces go back to the Palaeolithic, from -30 000 to -10 000 BC), the vineyard is a few kilometers away from the seaside.
The Audemard family has been managing this vineyard for 5 generations. PDO wines Côtes de Provence, house wines, table wines… With an area of nearly 40 ha, you walk through the vineyard to get to the cellar and go through the production buildings where you will find an old flour mill.
Discover the cellar in the middle of more than a hundred barrels. Violette will be honored to show you the bottling area and you’ll admire the artwork of a local artist living in Grimaud. A slide show will show you the different technics used to make the wine.

The following grape varieties are grown:
• Red wines and PDO rosés Côtes de Provence:
Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache,
Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Tibouren
• White wines PDO Côtes de Provence:
Ugni Blanc and Rolle (also known as Vermentino)
• Country wines:
- In Red and rosé grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet
Sauvignon, Grenache and Cinsault
- In white, Rolle, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc,
Viognier and Colombard.
An equipped cellar with advanced technologies (automatic picking at the plot, vibrating receiving bin for grapes, destemming and pressing if needed, two inert gas pneumatic
presses, computerized temperatures for the fermentation, vacuum bottled, air conditioned cellars, but also ancient technics such as the use of oak barrels (over 150 in the cellar), tuns (large wooden barrels) and family secrets…
