In the heart of a generous Mediterranean climate, nestled between the Massif des Maures and the peninsula of Saint-Tropez, lies the Domaine de Siouvette. In the same family since 1836, the family know-how is perpetuated today in the hands of Sylvaine and Guy Sauron, both attached to the respect of the soil and the traditional work of the vine.
 
 

In this vineyard, the soil is not worked very much, so as to leave room for the grass, which the sheep come to enjoy all year round. In addition, the entire estate is harvested by hand to ensure the selection of the best grapes for the wine and to preserve the integrity of the vines. As a reward for this meticulous work throughout the year, the Domaine Siouvette was awarded a Gold Medal for the 7th time for its Le Clos rosé 2021 vintage.
 
Concerned about the biodiversity of the soil, Siouvette obtained the High Environmental Value certification in 2021, thus guaranteeing the preservation of the ecosystem and reducing to a minimum the pressure on the environment throughout the production chain.
