The name «Rouillère» comes from the river flowing through the middle of this property. Located in the heart of the peninsula of Saint-Tropez, between the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle, Domaine La Rouillère was created in 1900. The know-how and desire for excellence allow us to offer wines of protected designation “origin Côtes de Provence” of very high quality. We invite you to enter the history, come visit and taste the wines of this domain (on appointment).

Our viniculture and grape growing methods combine tradition and modernity : 50 hectares of vines in the heart of the Saint-Tropez peninsula and a 1700 sqm ultramodern wine cellar.

We provide wines to the finest restaurants in Saint-Tropez, Saint-Barth, Val d’Isère, Courchevel and Hong-Kong. We invite you to visit the wine estate, followed by a wine tasting, every day by appointment: you will discover the innovative technologies used in our cellar and you will enter our barrel warehouse… All year round, come for wine tasting at our cellar located in Route de Ramatuelle D. 61, Gassin.
