Minuty
Minuty
Minuty is above all a story of family, values and transmission. For 4 generations, the men and women of Minuty have been asserting their know-how and the expertise of a family heritage by devoting themselves to the production of rosés, whites and reds that are emblematic of the Côtes de Provence. Rich in these values of tradition and rigour, Minuty wines symbolise the French Art de Vivre on the world's finest tables.
Nestling between land and sea in the heart of Provence, Château Minuty has been the Côtes de Provence Crus Classés wine estate since 1955. The vineyards of Château Minuty are remarkably well exposed on the slopes of the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It benefits from a temperate maritime climate and gives pride of place to southern grape varieties.
For a wine from the estate, it all begins in the vineyard, in an unspoilt environment. The Château's vines are cultivated using sustainable methods, without the use of weedkillers or pesticides, as part of a continuous improvement initiative to reduce the impact of its activities on the environment. Château Minuty is one of the last Côtes de Provence estates where the grapes are harvested entirely by hand, to ensure that they remain perfectly intact.
