Located between Bormes-les-Mimosas and the bay of Saint-Tropez, sheltered by the Dom forest, the Domaine Sainte-Marie stretches out over more than 260 hectares from which 40 are vineyards.
The Domaine Sainte-Marie owes its name to the statue of the Virgin Mary which protects it since 1884 when a cholera outbreak miraculously stopped on its grounds.
Between Tradition and the state of the art, all the wines from the Domaine Sainte Marie are organic wines. You will be able to find them at a few specific wine cellars around New York, in various restaurants in Paris as well as Saint-Tropez and even better, tasting them at our Domaine with us.
100% organic wine estate.
Protected by the imposing main forest, the vines stretch and now cover around forty hectares. The soil consists mainly of a siliceous ground filtering of mica schists, schists and white quartz: its acidity is a promise of beautiful promptness for the wines. Exposed fully south, the fields spread out and incline, under a climate with strong thermal amplitudes, favourable for the good maturation of the grapes.
Evocative of the local ‘tropézienne’ frenzy, the rosé “Paparazzi”! The result from an assembly of grenache, cinsault and worthy tibouren, presented in an exclusive bottle, this festive wine illustrates with wonder the spirit of the area…
Exclusive product of the Domaine Sainte Marie and available at the cellar. For its vintage wine cuvee “Tradition”, which is evocative of the methods of vinification and breeding, the field works out a red 3/4 syrah, cabernet-sauvignon, a white half rolle, ugni blanc, pale, and a rosé assembly of cinsault, grenache, syrah, mourvèdre, cabernet and carignan.
The gastronomical vintage wine cuvee, baptized “1884”, is made from oldest vines of Grenache and Cinsault.
With the forest of the Dom as a scenery, the Domaine Sainte Marie lends itself to a oenotourism of refined quietude, close to the littoral and aerodrome of La Mole.
Mountain bikes are put at the disposal of the customers when visiting the Domain with a special track marked with arrows throughout the vines.
Stroll through the vines, visits of the cellar and enjoy the possibility of tasting the wines directly since the tanks.
