Under the majestic plane trees on the terrace of the Byblos Hotel, you would think you were on an Italian village piazzetta and the atmosphere is "Dolce Vita", in an intimate and relaxed setting.
On the menu, tasty "Antipasti" such as burrata, peas, tarragon & pancetta, tasty "Primi Piatti" with paccheri with beef cheek confit, guanciale and baby onions or delicious and Roman pizzas that are absolutely irresistible. As for the pasta, among all those offered, the delicious Linguini alle vongole stands out, a real treat! When the dolci arrive, the Byblos' pastry chef can be trusted to make guests succumb to the temptations of the tiramisu, the chocolate pizza or the vegetable Panna cotta with caramel & hazelnuts.
