On the menu, the chef of the Byblos sublimates the taste and products of Italian cuisine.
Tasty "Antipasti", such as bruschetta with octopus & caponata, tasty "Primi" with paccheri with beef cheek confit, or delicious and generous Roman pizzas absolutely irresistible.
