For the past 6 years, Manko, the iconic restaurant of Peruvian chef Gaston Acurio and Moma Group, has been packed.
For the second year, Manko invites you to Saint-Tropez, rue des Tisserands, a few steps from the port, in a decor of exposed stones and greenery to combine authenticity and exoticism.
 

On the menu - among others: crudos with a variety of cebiches, tiraditos, causas but also many Peruvian-style grilled meats cooked in a charcoal oven and to be shared (fish cooked in plantain leaves, sautéed knives, roasted choclo with cheese, Manko papas, glazed sweet potato...), and good exotic desserts based on Peruvian cocoa.
