Every evening in season, the restaurant Rivea at Byblos welcomes diners onto its charming terrace beneath the plane trees to enjoy the very finest flavours and aromas of the Mediterranean in a casual-chic atmosphere.

 

An open-plan kitchen allows guests to follow the smooth, seamless choreography of the chef and his team; the menu offers a promise of a glamorous gourmet experience orchestrated by Vincent Maillard and his mentor Alain Ducasse. Together they conceive a range of simple dishes made with first-rate Mediterranean produce.
