Barbarac Saint-Tropez

Created in 1988 by Harry Teneketzian in Saint-Tropez, Maison Barbarac ("ice cream" in Armenian) specializes in the production and sale of artisanal ice cream.
All ice creams and sorbets are made with fresh and natural products.
St-Trop tart, marron glacé, liquorice, speculos, nocciolosa, nougatine, malaga, bubble-gum... Fig, watermelon, blackcurrant, peach... Welcome to the temple of Tropezian ice cream!
All these delights are made at night to be tasted a few hours later... This gives these products a fresh and authentic taste.
