The 22/06/2025
Discover the elite of women's chess at the final phase of the Trophée Roza Lallemand, June 21-22, 2025 in Saint-Tropez. An event combining sporting competition and culture, with public events and convivial moments.
On June 21 and 22, 2025, Saint-Tropez will host the Final Phase of the Championnat de France Féminin de Parties Rapides - Trophée Roza Lallemand. This prestigious event will bring together the best French female chess players for an exceptional competition in a mythical setting, in the heart of the Jean Despas and Louis Blanc halls.
The tournament, organized by the Club d'Échecs de Saint-Tropez, is a celebration of strategy, concentration and female talent. Alongside the games, the public can enjoy a varied program. On June 21, to mark the Fête de la Musique, a mini-concert will take place during the opening ceremony.
On June 22, a simultaneous game open to all will be held in an emblematic public space, hosted by members of the French women's team. The event is open to the public, but the simultaneous game is not free and can only be accessed with prior registration, as places are limited.
As part of our event, we are organizing an exhibition of portraits of female chess players, taken by a local photographer, which will highlight the role of women in this sport, as well as a press conference, open to the media and the public, to promote the event and the dynamism of the town of Saint-Tropez.
