Agnès in conversation with Maud Fontenoy
The 04/10/2025
Les Conversations d'Agnès and Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez welcome Maud Fontenoy.
Last guest of Les Conversations d'Agnès Season 2025
MAUD FONTENOY: Setting course for a better world!
Watching her stroll along in her flowery dress, barefoot in the fresh grass, her youngest child on her arm, the flock of elders running around her, Abysse, the young German shepherd puppy, leading the way before this world of innocence makes its way to the Ricoré family-style breakfast table, It's hard to imagine that, after the weekend, this mother of 5 (aged 18 months to 16 years) will be on the first plane back to Paris at 6 a.m. for her first conference of the week at the offices of Vinci, a company strongly committed to the ecological transition and a sustainable world.
No, two rooms, two atmospheres between the weekend and the week. Weekends are for family and weekdays are for work, for the most part. Between Nice and Paris. Between her role as Ambassador for Education at Sea and that of Expert in Sustainable Development. Between Foundation and broadcasts. Between conferences and world congresses. Between filming and writing. Between finding sponsors and helping people who have never seen the sea. This year, for example, she took 20,000 children from priority education zones to see the Grande Bleue. For the first time ever. Educate, is its primary objective. To raise awareness, because "to protect, you have to love, and to love, you have to know". The Ocean. The one on which she grew up from her seventh day to her fifteenth year, on her father's boat, again as a family, with her beloved mother, so present in her heart.
Maud has a full heart and a strong character. A radical: no more dinners, no more mundanities, just efficiency and authentic relationships.
