Located in the heart of the peninsula of Saint-Tropez, straddling the communes of Gassin and Ramatuelle, the Domaine La Rouillère was created in 1900 and has 120 hectares including 45 of vines cultivated in respect of traditions. Some of the work of the earth is done with the help of horses.
The Letarte family bought the estate in 1998 and redesigned it to make it one of the most beautiful estates in Gassin.
The Domaine de La Rouillère boasts an ultra-modern cellar of 1,170 m² including 54 stainless steel vats which contribute to a demanding vinification, thanks in particular to the maintenance of the grapes at low temperatures after the harvest and until storage.
The Domaine de la Rouillère is mainly oriented (80%) towards the production of rosés, and today it produces two cuvées: Large Reserve, in the three colors, with refreshing and aromatic wines, and the premium rosé wine, refined.
