Local products and cooking demonstrationsAmong the highlights, the farmers’ market takes center stage. It brings together a wide selection of iconic products from the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and Provence: olive oils, wines, cheeses, honeys, seasonal fruits, and vegetables. Throughout the weekend, cooking demonstrations and chef battles allow the public to admire the expertise of some of the biggest names in gastronomy. Gourmet competitions, such as the Tropézienne, also highlight creativity and culinary excellence. Finally, a charity lunch brings together many Michelin-starred chefs, combining gastronomy and solidarity.
