After a genuine professional reconversion, this Italian gastronomy-loving couple decided to give a new soul to this not-to-be-missed address on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Driven by the desire to offer authentic, generous pizzas, they trained in Turin and Naples to perfect their skills and find the perfect balance: light, soft and deliciously crispy dough. Their flour recipe, made exclusively for them in an Italian mill, reflects this constant quest for quality and authenticity.
