Synexie is committed to making its websites, intranet, extranet and mobile applications accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.
To this end, a compliance audit was carried out on the website:

The compliance audit carried out on 19 March 2026 by the agency Synexie, using the Google Lighthouse tool, reveals that:

The following issues were identified during the audit:

- Form elements are not correctly associated with their labels
- Some links do not have visible names
- The
user-scalable=‘no’attribute is used in the<meta name="viewport">element, or themaximum-scaleattribute is less than 5 - The size and/or spacing of touch areas is insufficient
- The document does not contain a main landmark
- Some elements are not associated with any label
- The heading hierarchy is not always respected (non-sequential order)
These non-conformities may impact navigation for users of assistive technologies.
Improvements and action plan
An improvement plan is underway to progressively rectify the identified non-conformities.
The fixes will focus in particular on:
- Improving HTML semantics
- Form accessibility
- Optimising keyboard navigation
- Compliance of interactive elements
