Biodiversity in Saint-Tropez
Saint-Tropez is committed to protecting the biodiversity that surrounds it. Here, the sea and coastline are home to a wide variety of species that must be preserved.
To this end, various measures have been put in place. These include improving water quality, installing equipment that promotes marine life, and raising awareness among boaters.
Our role is to enable everyone to enjoy their surroundings while contributing to the protection of the natural environment, which is a real treasure for the village of Saint-Tropez.

Best practices for preserving our resources
Protecting the environment is something we do every day. The city and the Tourist Office are joining forces to preserve natural resources: saving water, adapting to drought, modernizing public lighting, encouraging waste sorting, and more.
The installation of smart lighting reduces energy consumption. It also limits light pollution. In addition, zero-waste initiatives and collection points make it easier to adopt good habits on a daily basis.
Together, these actions make Saint-Tropez a more sustainable destination. They enhance quality of life and respect for the environment.
