11th Theater Festival — “AND MEANWHILE, SIMONE WATCHES OVER” by Trinidad Garcia, performed by the Anagram Theater Company of Carqueiranne
The 12/12/2026
From the 1950s to the present day, three actresses trace the history
of women’s rights through a cast of colorful characters.
Through scenes from everyday life, outlandish yet insightful stories, and
song parodies, the show humorously explores the struggle
for equality and freedom. From the corner of the stage, Simone, the
narrator, connects with the audience by sharing anecdotes and
thought-provoking reminders.
An original way of talking about women, which makes you laugh as much
as it makes you think
