For several seasons now, the place has been living a new story under the name of Alegría, led by Guillaume Coudray, a lifestyle professional with almost 30 years' experience, from Saint-Tropez to Tulum to Miami. Surrounded by his wife Nathalie and sons Julien and Nicolas, he has embarked on a family adventure, with the ambition of perpetuating the spirit of the place while breathing new energy into it.
Alegría boasts a warm, sunny decor inspired by the Mexican Riviera, extended by a pleasant terrace overlooking Rue du Cepoun.
