"Apar-Thé" Workshop: Back to School in Tune with Your Sleep Cycle
The 26/09/2026
Back to school! How can you help your child adjust to this change in routine? How can you gradually get back to peaceful bedtimes?
Come share your questions and experiences at this friendly workshop for parents, led by Laurence Huck, founder of Souffle d’Elaya, a sophrologist and sleep expert with over 20 years of experience.
Apar-thé: a little break to discuss big topics!
Apar-thé is a new initiative from the BMJ offering friendly workshop-style gatherings over tea—an invitation to take a break, make time to connect, learn, and share ideas on major themes of daily life and well-being: sleep, stress management, nutrition, emotions, life changes, and life stages.
The program kicks off with a series of three sleep awareness workshops led by Laurence Huck, who is trained in Caycedian sophrology, creative imagery, and sound therapy. Inspired by Stephen Porges’ polyvagal theory, which explains a fundamental truth—that the body doesn’t fall asleep because we tell it to, but rather when it feels safe— she founded “Souffle d’Elaya” to support bodies—young and old—that can no longer relax, not by introducing yet another technique, but by restoring that sense of inner security that allows sleep to return naturally.
Led by sophrologist Laurence Huck
Free workshop open to all.
