Marie-Ange LEURENT: After studying organ with Nicole PILLET and Gaston LITAIZE at the Conservatoire National de Région de Saint Maur des Fossés, Marie-Ange LEURENT completed her studies at the CNSMD in Paris, where she won numerous awards, including a first prize for organ in the class of Michel CHAPUIS. At the age of 22, she has been directing the church's "petits chanteurs" for the past 10 years. Organ teacher at the Leo Delibes Conservatory in Clichy, and at the St Mandé Conservatory, she has also taught music writing at the University of Paris-IV Sorbonne and music training at the CNSMDP.
Éric LEBRUN: A pupil of Gaston LITAIZE, Éric LEBRUN studied at the CNSMD in Paris, where he won a first prize in organ with Michel CHAPUIS, and continued his training with Daniel ROTH, Michel BOUVARD and Olivier LATRY, and pianist Bruno RIGUTTO. Winner of the Chartres International Competition in 1990, the same year he was appointed titular organist of the Cavaillé-Coll Grand Orgue at Saint-Antoine des Quinze-Vingt in Paris. He forms a 4-hand duo with Marie-Ange LEURENT, and collaborates as soloist with numerous orchestras and choirs. Éric LEBRUN is a composer and organ teacher at the CNR de Saint-Maur des Fossés, lecturer at the CNSMD de Paris and professor at the Zwolle Conservatory in Holland. In 2006, he wrote a biography of D. Buxtehude, whose organ works he teaches on 6 CDs with Marie-Ange LEURENT (Grand prix du disque de l'Académie Charles-Cros).
