Saint-Tropez traditions: Sainte-Cécile celebrations
On Sunday November 23, the town of Saint-Tropez will host the traditional festival of Sainte-Cécile, patron saint of musicians.
To mark the occasion, the Fifres et Tambours association and the RAMPÈU de Saint-Tropez will be offering a morning of Provencal tradition and conviviality.
The celebration will begin in the morning with aubades in the streets of the town, followed by a religious service led by the Rampeù choir and the fifres et tambours in honor of Sainte-Cécile.
The festivities continue in Place de la Mairie, where musicians and dancers pay tribute to the representatives of the Commune.
The Port will be punctuated by a show of traditional Provençal music and dance, in keeping with the cultural heritage of the Tropez.
This event, dear to the hearts of local residents, will showcase the skills and passion of local musicians and dancers, perpetuating the spirit of the traditions that make Saint-Tropez what it is today.
