Les Ailes de Saint-Tropez - The world event where gliding in foil meets the magic of the village

Since its creation in 2023, Les Ailes de Saint-Tropez has established itself as one of the highlights of the peninsula's sporting and festive calendar. From the very first edition, almost 300 participants took to the bay, putting on a breathtaking show and confirming the enormous potential of this event dedicated to the world of foiling, a fast-growing discipline that is reinventing surfing and its world. Year after year, LAST continues to grow and innovate. The event has rapidly become a veritable laboratory for modern board sports, attracting the leading figures in international foil racing, as well as numerous amateurs eager to discover this visionary sport. Saint-Tropez, already well known around the world, has become the ideal playground for celebrating this new way of flying over water. The 2025 edition marks a major turning point: Les Ailes de Saint-Tropez becomes the first official stop on the SUP Foil world circuit, confirming the event's international status. This sporting recognition was accompanied by a highlight that left a lasting impression: the finals, held directly in the port of Saint-Tropez, offered a unique, almost unreal spectacle, with the world's best riders evolving between the historic quays, just a few meters from the public. Total immersion, where performance, emotion and mythical scenery became one. Today, LAST is considered the biggest foiling event in Europe. It brings together not only the world's SUP Foil elite, but also athletes from all foil disciplines, bringing competitors from the four corners of the globe to Saint-Tropez: Hawaii, Australia, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, South America, not forgetting the numerous European delegations. Their presence illustrates the event's growing importance on the international calendar. More than just a competition, Les Ailes de Saint-Tropez is a true celebration: a moment where gliding meets the art of living in Saint-Tropez, where performance meets conviviality, where the port, beaches and bay become an open stage on the Mediterranean. A not-to-be-missed event for water sports enthusiasts, the curious, families and all those who wish to enjoy a unique experience in the heart of our village.
