This summer, the menu boldly evolves. Japanese-inspired gastronomy, precise and contemporary, subtly tinged with the Mediterranean, where raw ingredients and fire meet - delicate cuts, binchōtan cooking, local produce and seasonal vegetables are perfectly expressed.
At dusk, in a décor of dark wood, natural materials and vegetal prints, around a central bar with rounded lines dressed in green marble, the atmosphere intensifies.
