In the Port of Saint-Tropez, LE GIRELIER takes visitors on an elegant voyage through seafood cuisine that sings with a Southern accent.
Orchestrated by a duo of chefs from Alsace and Lorraine: Laurent Simon and David Didelot. Fish, shellfish and crustaceans in all their forms. An atmosphere in which the proximity of the sea encourages escape, facing the ballet of the Port.
