Nettoyons le Sud à Saint-Tropez

The 30/05/2026

Millions of tons of waste are produced every year in the South of France, causing pollution with disastrous effects.
So, once again this year, to protect our environment and our territory, we're organizing a major collection operation in Saint-Tropez. See you on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 9:30 am at Plage des Canoubiers!

A region at the forefront of the fight against plastic pollution, the South of France has set itself a clear objective: zero plastic waste by 2030. With the "Nettoyons le Sud" operation, over 25,000 volunteers were mobilized in 2025 to clean up our streets, parks and beaches, collecting 100 tonnes of waste at 400 collection points.

In 2023, a litter pick took place on Canoubiers beach. A collection of submerged waste was carried out in the bay with the Odyssée Bleue association.

In 2024, the operation was repeated at La Bouillabaisse beach with several partners, including the USECAN association and Les Sauveteurs en mer de la SNSM Saint-Tropez.

In 2025, again under the aegis of the SUD PACA region, the town of Saint-Tropez organized a waste collection operation on the Salins beach.

This year, the operation will take place on Saturday May 30 at 9:30 am (coffee reception) at Plage des Canoubiers. We look forward to seeing you there!
