A gastronomic restaurant on the hill of the village of Gassin, overlooking the wine-growing areas of the Gassin and the Gulf of San Tropez. The elegant bourgeois and refined Hall of a Provençal rope and from the early days all meals have been served on the wide terrace with views of the Minuty vineyard and the sea.

From 26/04 to 30/06/2024 Opening hours on Monday at 12.30 pm and at 1.45 pm. 12:30-13:45, 19:30-21:00. Closed on monday and Tuesday noon. From 01/07 to 30/09/2024 Service schedule on Tuesday between 7.30 pm and 9 pm. On Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday between 12.30 pm and 1.45 pm and between 7.30 pm and 9 pm. On Friday between 7.30 pm and 9.30 pm. 12:30-13:45, 19:30-21:00. Closed on monday and Tuesday noon.
