Away from the hustle and bustle, KINUGAWA cultivates a secluded atmosphere, hidden from prying eyes.
At the heart of this garden, a blend of the Riviera and a Japanese mirage, carved wooden mashrabiya screens filter the light in time with the breeze, while terracotta marble captures the last rays of an ochre-hued sun.
On the menu, KINUGAWA’s iconic signature dishes are executed with precision, yet never feel rigid: yellowtail carpaccio with yuzu, sea bream ceviche with jalapeño, and toro tartare with caviar. These compositions allow the ingredients to shine with perfect balance.
