On the Saint-Tropez peninsula, KINUGAWA opens its doors every summer in the open air, bathed in southern sunlight and surrounded by lush vegetation, where the spirit of Tokyo meets Mediterranean nonchalance. Away from the hustle and bustle, KINUGAWA cultivates a secluded atmosphere, hidden from prying eyes.

At the heart of this garden, a blend of the Riviera and a Japanese mirage, carved wooden mashrabiya screens filter the light in time with the breeze, while terracotta marble captures the last rays of an ochre-hued sun.

On the menu, KINUGAWA’s iconic signature dishes are executed with precision, yet never feel rigid: yellowtail carpaccio with yuzu, sea bream ceviche with jalapeño, and toro tartare with caviar. These compositions allow the ingredients to shine with perfect balance.

Sushi, sashimi, and rolls—from the most classic to the most signature—all embody this same style: precise and contemporary.
